We’re committed to helping you master trading with our digital products and services, like our Expert Advisor (EA), courses, and community access, sold exclusively via Stripe for card payments (including Google Pay) and NowPayments for cryptocurrency transactions.

Terms of Service (ToS)

Effective as of February 24, 2025.

What you need to know before and after buying:

• No Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable due to instant digital access. If you disagree, stop here—no payment will process, and any partial amounts will be refunded if you exit before completing. After buying, you’ll get a reminder of this policy.
• Refund Option If Paid: If you’ve paid and don’t want to continue, email support@daavile.com with the subject “REFUND REQUEST + YOUR NAME”, including your name, email, and payment method used (Stripe or NowPayments). I’ll review disputes quickly to release the funds.
• Proceed or Stop: If you’re cool with moving forward, keep reading. If not, stop here.
• Using Our Products: Once purchased, you can’t resell, share, or distribute our EA—it’s for your use only. Using it on unlimited MT4/MT5 accounts is fine, but don’t place it on a VPS you don’t own, send it to others, or share it. Violations result in revoked access, updates, and support.
• Community and Growth: Our EA gets stronger with community collaboration. Joining our Discord (included with your purchase) provides real-time support and updates.
• Delivery and Risk: You’ll receive the EA via Telegram or Discord. Send your ID or email me at support@daavile.com with the subject “MISSING QUESTIONS + YOUR NAME” if setup details aren’t clear. If you have $2,000+ to invest or want customization, email with “EA TAILORED RISK SETFILES + YOUR NAME” to discuss personalized settings.
• Warnings and Support: Post-purchase, you’ll be warned not to share or resell the EA, or you’ll lose access and support. Reach out via:
