An Expert Advisor (EA) in MetaTrader 4 is a program written in MQL4 that automates trading based on predefined rules.

It executes trades, analyzes market conditions, and manages positions without human intervention.

Unlike Machine Learning (ML) or Artificial Intelligence (AI), which adapt and learn from data over time, EAs follow fixed logic and cannot evolve or improve unless manually updated.
