DAAVILE ALGO TRADING is a private algorithmic infrastructure and service provider. This includes monthly subscription access to tools, software, apps, algorithms, configurations, and managed deployment services through regulated brokers.

I am not a broker, dealer, or regulated financial advisor unless separately defined under applicable law for a specific jurisdiction.

2. No Financial Advice

DAAVILE ALGO TRADING is NOT a financial advisor, broker-dealer, or registered investment company. Participation in private channels or management services does not constitute financial or investment advice. All systems, models, setups, and signals are for informational and operational purposes only.

3. Software, Apps, Algorithms & Release Terms

Once software, apps, algorithms, configurations, or related digital materials have been released or activated:

• Release: access, license, deployment, or delivery constitutes release.
• No Refund After Release: after release, payments are final. This applies regardless of platform-specific refund rules.
• Third-Party Payments: even if another payment platform allows refunds, DAAVILE ALGO TRADING does not. The digital nature of the product makes post-release reversal inconsistent with delivered value.

4. Risk & Results

High Risk Environment

Trading leveraged and high-volatility assets carries a high level of risk. Any system, signal, or configuration provided must be executed at your own discretion and risk.

No Performance Guarantees

Historical results, backtests, forward tests, and live track records are not indicative of future results. Market conditions are volatile and unpredictable.

5. Money Management Responsibilities

Money-management services are offered through regulated brokers. Important points:

• Client Capital: capital remains in the client’s broker account. DAAVILE ALGO TRADING does not take custody of client funds.
• Broker Choice: clients are responsible for broker selection, account terms, and local regulatory compliance.
• Fee Period: yearly management fees cover VPS hosting + my services for the space of 1 year.
• Step Down: if a client steps down early, the fee stays — the year was reserved and paid for regardless of when the client leaves.
• Risk Line: if, in the worst case scenario, risk crosses the line, the user must understand that risk and opportunity come both ways.

6. Model Selection & Extra Risk Acceptance

Clients may choose how to participate according to personal risk preference.

• Baseline Model: default participation follows the optimized model based on the 2004–present full-spectre period.
• Risk %: clients choose the % of risk based on capital invested.
• Aggressive Models: clients may choose more aggressive models by reducing the model spectre (2004–present). Reduced spectre = higher risk.
• Clause Requirement: clients choosing a shorter or specific period besides the full spectre must sign another clause accepting the extra higher risk.
• Responsibility: I cannot be responsible for future market conditions — clients get what they see in my models, current and past results. Final execution decisions remain the client's.

7. Information Integrity

While I strive for maximum precision, all insights, configurations, algorithms, and outputs reflect proprietary analysis and operational frameworks. They are not a substitute for individual due diligence, broker verification, or independent judgment.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DAAVILE ALGO TRADING shall not be liable for losses or damages resulting from: market movement; broker execution; internet or VPS failure; misuse of tools; reliance on historical results; or user-modified configurations.
