Risk Disclosure

1. Scope of Services

DAAVILE ALGO TRADING provides two distinct services:

• Subscription Access: monthly access to tools, apps, algorithms, setups, and community environments.
• Money Management: account management services through selected regulated brokers, including VPS hosting and strategy deployment for a contracted service period.

Both services require risk acceptance. Neither service guarantees profit.

2. Nature of the Assets & Strategy

DAAVILE FX focuses on high-volatility assets and environments. In these markets, reward and risk are inherent and recurring.

• Not Gambling: the approach is based on systematic models, risk controls, and data review.
• Still Risky: systematic modeling does not remove market risk. Loss periods, drawdowns, and adverse regimes can and do occur.

3. Historical Results & Model Transparency

Clients receive results, configurations, and model data available at the time of engagement.

• Past Data: backtests and historical results show performance under prior market conditions.
• Full Spectre (2004–present): the core reference model is optimized on the 2004–present full-spectre period. Shorter or narrower periods may show materially different behavior and risk.
• No Future Assurance: future returns may be lower, higher, or negative. Past results do not assure future outcomes. I cannot be responsible for future market conditions — you get what you see in my models, current and past results.

4. Client Choice & Responsibility

Clients decide how to participate.

• Model Selection: clients may follow the default 2004–present optimized model or choose alternative configurations.
• Risk %: clients choose the % of risk based on capital invested.
• Aggressive Models: clients may choose more aggressive models by reducing the model spectre (2004–present). Reduced spectre increases uncertainty and potential drawdown.
• Extra Clause: if a client chooses a shorter or specific period besides the full spectre, they sign another clause accepting the extra higher risk.
• Broker Choice: clients are responsible for broker selection, account terms, leverage constraints, and regulatory compliance in their jurisdiction.

5. Money Management Specific Risks

Money-management clients should understand the following before signing:

• Fee Is Not a Performance Guarantee: yearly fees cover VPS hosting + my services for the space of 1 year, not expected returns.
• VPS & Operations: hosting and execution infrastructure are reserved for the full year regardless of market outcome.
• Step Down: if a client steps down early, the fee stays — the year was reserved and paid for.
• Risk Line: if, in the worst case scenario, risk crosses the line, the user must understand that risk and opportunity come both ways.
• Not Gambling: this is not gambling. We are investing in high-volatility assets where reward and risk come every day.

6. No Refund Policy

Refunds are limited and not automatic.

• Monthly Subscription: no refunds once access has been granted. If banned for breaking rules or the environment, no refunds — but since it is a monthly subscription, the member simply stops paying and no further charges occur (Whop).
• Money Management: no refunds — the fee covers VPS + my services for the space of 1 year. If the client steps down, the fee stays.
• Exception: if a refund is considered and accepted, it may be reduced by transaction fees, processing costs, and platform charges. The user bears those costs and may not receive the full amount paid.

7. Pre-Release Agreement Requirement

Before receiving software, apps, algorithms, or management activation, users must accept the applicable terms, risk acknowledgement, and any model-selection clause. If the user does not accept those terms, access may be refused. If a refund is granted in that scenario, it is subject to the limited exception path above.

8. Final Warning

Trading is a professional-grade risk activity. Do not allocate money you cannot afford to lose. We operate in volatile environments where opportunity and risk are present every day.
