Privacy Policy

DAAVILE ALGO TRADING collects the minimum personal data required to communicate with clients and deliver the services you pay for. I do not collect data to profile, sell, or market to you. Payments are handled by third parties (Whop and/or blockchain) — I do not store or have access to your payment instrument details.

1. What I Collect & Why

I collect only what is needed to contact you and operate the service:

  • Contact Data: the email, Discord, Telegram, or other handle you provide — used solely to communicate with you about your access, service, and support.
  • Account & Access Data: identifiers needed to recognize you as a client, restore access if you lose credentials, and manage your subscription or management plan.
  • Support Records: messages you send when contacting me, kept only to resolve your request.
  • No Profiling: I do not build marketing profiles, track your behavior, or use your data for advertising.

2. Payments — Whop & Crypto

  • Whop: when you pay through Whop, you provide your payment details directly to Whop. Whop collects and processes the data it needs under its own terms and privacy policy — that is their business, not mine. I do not have access to your card or payment information stored by Whop.
  • Crypto Payments: when you pay directly in crypto, I only receive the blockchain transaction confirmation (TXID/hash). I do not have access to your wallet's other transactions or balances.
  • What I See: I see the confirmation that a payment was received and the details needed to grant you access. Nothing more.

3. How I Use Your Data

  • Communication: sending access credentials, service updates, support replies, and direct communication about your plan.
  • Account Continuity: verifying your membership and restoring access if you lose it.
  • Legal/Operational: enforcing the Terms of Service (including bans and refund rules) and complying with legal obligations.
  • Nothing Else: no selling, renting, or sharing your data with third parties for their own purposes.

4. What I Do NOT Collect

  • No Payment Instrument Data: no cards, bank accounts, or payment credentials — those stay with Whop or the blockchain.
  • No Trading Credentials: unless you provide them for money-management deployment, and only to the broker required to operate your account.
  • No Browsing/Behavioral Data: no trackers, pixels, or cross-site profiling.

5. Third-Party Processors

Whop (payments/community platform) processes data under its own privacy policy. For crypto, the blockchain itself is public by design — a transaction confirmation is visible to the network. I have no control over either system's data handling and you should review Whop's policy before paying.

6. Retention & Deletion

I keep contact and access records while you are a client, plus a short period afterward for legal and operational reasons (e.g., refund/chargeback disputes). You may request deletion of the data I hold about you by contacting [email protected] — note that deleting access records may prevent me from restoring your access in the future.

7. Your Rights

You can ask what data I hold about you, correct it, or request its deletion. Contact [email protected] with the subject PRIVACY REQUEST and I will respond.

I keep only what I need to talk to you and serve you. Payments are your business with Whop or the blockchain — not mine.

No. The market's only 100% certainty is that no one knows the future—that's what makes it fun. I provide stable, verified tools, but you are responsible for your risk. Don't blame others; execute with responsibility.
Brokers are your choice. I diversify my capital where I can. Regulations and restrictions are a headache, so DYOR (Do Your Own Research). I provide IB affiliate links to support the ecosystem, but the final decision is yours.

DYOR: I don't promote brokers, just share the ones I use. I hate them all equally, trust no one, diversify and wish one day I can trade direct pools.
I do not know and please never ask me that. My job is to keep account and margin protected. I do not chase profits, this is an investing model. Algorithm waits for market, places trades that stay in DD until reversed.
Yes, model is based off past (backtesting) and live data.

My portfolio started in 2021 and I averaged around 35-35% yearly up to 2026 when I stopped to code my new algorithm. I always optimize but that's a fair number to expect.
Users worldwide (excluding USA & Canada) can use cent accounts for max optimization. RoboForex, TeleTrade, VT Markets, and Vantage are some of the brokers with MT5 and cent accounts. USA and Canada traders can't use cent accounts.

Cent Options: $10k deposit (Max 2 accounts - $199/yr) | $25k deposit (Max 5 accounts - $299/yr) | $50k deposit (Max 10 accounts - $499/yr).

* Note: For deposits over $20,000 USD, capital is split across multiple brokers due to maximum cent balance caps.
Canada traders have more options but not cent accounts; they will have to go with standard accounts that require higher investment ($100,000 USD minimum capital - $999/yr). USA traders operate under their own risk with offshore CFD brokers.
The Lab is an exclusive algorithm ecosystem. The one-time payment of $299 USD (via Whop) is strictly enforced to filter out trolls, mediocrity, and lazy users so serious traders can thrive together.
